Da Valter has been reborn! It’s moved just around the corner from Bellevue to a new home on Trinity Road — and what a transformation. The dining room at the back even has a retractable roof, making it perfect for summer. Gone is the pizza oven, replaced with a focus on high-quality pasta, secondi dishes, and some truly amazing desserts. The fresh fish comes from Moxon’s — arguably London’s finest fishmonger — which made my pasta outstandingly good. The team are fantastic — warm, welcoming, and highly professional — which makes every visit an absolute pleasure. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite a few years now, and I’m certain I will be for many more to come!

What a great addition to the area! We visited for the first time on Sunday evening and sat in the garden room at the back, which had its retractable roof open. Lovely setting. We shared a starter and had a pasta dish each, finished with tiramisu - all excellent.

This place is a true gem. Visited twice and both experiences have been fantastic. Although slightly expensive, the food is very much worth it and nothing has disappointed. The staff are so welcoming, cheery and it is a truly wonderful atmosphere overall.
